در سال 1374 خورشیدی گزیده غزلیات شهریار به کوشش و انتخاب نگارنده و با خط هنرمندانه استاد عباس اخوین و دو تن از یاران برکشیدگان ایشان حجت الله اسدی و حمیدرضا عاطفی چاپ، منتشر و مقبول طبع مردم صاحب نظر، شاعران و خوشنویسان کشور واقع گردید، به طوری که در مدت کوتاهی نایاب شد. ولی انگیزههایی سبب شد، کل غزلیات شهریار با خط نستعلیق هنرمندانه عرضه شود.
