بزرگ ترها بعضی از حرف های کوچک ترها را باور نمی کنند. مثلا اگر نوجوانی بگوید حیوانی هست که زبان آدم ها را بلد است، اصلا باورشان نمی شود. چه برسد به اینکه بدانند فقط با او حرف می زند. حالا اگر یک بار از چرت بعدازظهر، آن هم در باغ بیدار شوند و بفهمند نوجوان با آن حیوان به زمان دیگری رفته و… کلا در این رمان فانتزی و پرماجرا اتفاق هایی می افتد که هیچ بزرگ تری باور نخواهد کرد.
