این کتاب در مورد خاطرات فتح الله خامنه ای از اعضای سازمان مجاهدین خلق ایران می باشد. او در سال 1348 از طرف سازمان به دبی و قطر فرستاده شد و موفق شد با سازمان فلسطینی فتح ارتباط برقرار کند و از آن پس به مدت دوسال در خارج کشور در پایگاه های گوناگون فلسطینی به کسب آموزش عملیات چریکی پرداخت
