شرح سودى بر دیوان حافظ، یکى از بهترین شروح و تفاسیرى است که بر سرودههاى لسانالغیب حافظ، شاعر بزرگ ایرانى نگاشته شده است و این قول بسیارى از حافظشناسان و حافظپژوهان است. محمد سودى بوسنوى که اصل او از سرزمین بوسنى در اروپا و حوزه بالکان و امروز کشور مستقلّى است در روزگار خویش به سه زبان ترکى و عربى و پارسى تسلط داشته و از روى ارادت و شیفتگى نسبت به کلام خواجه درصدد تألیف شرحى کامل بر دیوان وى برآمده است.
