توی یک کشور پیشرفتهی آفریقایی به اسم واکاندا، که بزرگترین منابع یک فلز فناناپذیر جذبکنندهی انرژی رو در اختیار داره، مشکلی پیش اومده. درواقع موجودات شرور دارن به اون منابع دستبرد میزنن تا از اون فلز برای هدفهای شرورانهی خودشون استفاده کنن. حالا تیچالا -یا همون پلنگ سیاه- که پادشاه واکاندا هم هست، از مرد عنکبوتی کمک گرفته تا با هم جلوی این اتفاق رو بگیرن.
