مادر رضا آدم سختگیری بود. یک بار به خاطر اینکه رضا مسواک نزده مدرسه آمده بود، شال و کلاه کرد آمد مدرسه و وسط کلاس دندانهای رضا را مسواک کرد. هیچ چی نگفت، حتی از خانم اجازه نگرفت تو بیاید. با لیوان نارنجی گلداری که روی شیشهی ویترین روشویی بود آمد توی کلاس، روی مسواک قدِ بند انگشت خمیردندان مالید و کرد توی دهنِ رضا.
