پوران کاوه متولد 22 خرداد ماه 1330 در بروجرد ، شاعر، مترجم و نقاش ایرانی است. در سال 1351 به شرکت ملی نفت ایران در آبادان پیوست و در سال 1352 در پتروشیمی آبادان مشغول به کار شد. در سال 1355 تحصیل در رشتۀ اقتصادِ دانشگاه ویسکانسین آمریکا را به صورت مکاتبهای آغاز نمود و همزمان مشغول فعالیت های هنری خوددر سرایش شعر، نقاشی و برپائی نمایشگاه های متعدد بود.
