تاریخ ظهور و سقوط خانواده برامکه. اتلیدی، محمد بن دیاب (نیمه اول قرن ۱۱ ـ اوایل قرن ۱۲ق) دانشمند، ادیب و مورخ مصری. او از مردم اقلیم المنیه خصیبیه در منطقة صعید مصر بود. شهرت وی به خاطر نوشتن کتاب نوادر الخلفاء یا اعلام الناس بما وقع للبرامکه مع بنی العباس، است که در ۱۱۰۰ق از نوشتن آن فارغ شده است.
