این کتاب شامل سه نمایشنامه شاهموش، مارا و دیوار است که به گفته نویسنده هر کدام در سالی نوشته شده است. به گفته خود نویسنده «مارا» ابتدا در سال ۱۳۹۱ نوشته شده و بارها بازنویسی شده تا به صورت کنونی درآمده است. «دیوار» نیز حاصل سال ۱۳۹۰ است که در سال ۱۳۹۳ در جشنواره بینالمللی تئاتردانشگاهی برنده جایزه «استاد اکبر رادی» شدهاست.
