مرزباننامه شامل ۹ باب است که جز باب اول، هر یک از ابواب، داستانی جداگانه دارد و در دل آن ۵۲ داستانک پندآموز روایت میشود. «شرح روان مرزباننامه»، پُلی است میان همگان با ادبیات کلاسیک ایران و تلاش برای درک عمیق افسانههای پندآموز آمیخته با نثر فاخر پارسی و ناصر زاغری تفرشی کوشیده تا با سادهترین زبان ممکن، راوی حکایات شیرین و به یادماندنی مرزباننامه باشد.
