این مجموعه مقاله و سخنرانی در دوبخش گردآوری شده است: بخش نخست این مجموعه، تحلیل استراتژیک مسائل ایران از هفته پیش از انتخابات خرداد 1388 تا امروز است که زمزمه های حذف مقام ریاست جمهوری در زبان گردانندگان ایران می گردد. در گفتار بخش دوم به بررسی سازندگی ایران و اهداف راهبردی آن می پردازم. از موانع در پیش و امیدها و امکانات آن سخن می گویم. به گونه ای تلاش دارم به مانیفیستی دست یابم که ما را در راه سازندگی یاری رساند.
